Fire Horse is this year's annual fresh hop release from Epic. Using fresh Riwaka hops from Eggers Hop Farm in upper Moutere, the hops are picked at peak condition and flown same day from farm to brewery, then brewed the same day while their oils and aromatics are at full intensity. Full Send was brewed as a collaboration between Epic Beer and AJ Hackett Bungy for the 2026 Smith's New Zealand IPA Challenge in Queenstown. It brings together two brands that have never had much interest in playing it safe. Full Send is a bright, high-impact New Zealand IPA built around Eshcapade - a brand new hop variety from Eggers Hops. Motueka, Riwaka and Nectaron play the supporting chorus, adding lemon-lime zest, tropical lift, and juicy stone fruit depth.

Harmonic Haze Machine pours a glowing, hazy golden hue with a soft, pillowy body that feels like weather you can drink. The aroma pulses with bright citrus, soft stonefruit, and a gentle tropical lift, while the palate delivers smooth waves of juicy fruit wrapped in a silky haze. The finish is balanced, seamless, and almost weightless - a clean fade-out that hums quietly on the palate like a lingering frequency. Smooth, hazy, and ridiculously easy to sink into.

Jake Porter channels centuries of evolution into one modern glass - dark, smooth, and quietly complex.
