Crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes this off-dry sparkling is elegant, refined and well-balanced. With delicate aromas of biscuit, lemon sorbet and nuttiness, the palate has layers of creaminess with underlying honey, meringue and grapefruit notes, resulting in a fine persistent mousse.

Lindauer Special Reserve is a drier style wine with a vibrant gold colour. The high proportion of Pinot Noir adds weight, flavour and depth of colour. The Chardonnay adds creamy notes while the Pinot Meunier gives fruit weight and fleshiess. The biscuity, yeast and toasted nut characters are a legacy of extended maturation on yeast lees. This special blend was inspired by the long hot days of summer in New Zealand. Lindauer Summer Blush has delicate aromas of strawberries and cream with pear characters and floral notes balanced by creamy fruit flavours and gentle citrus. An off-dry lingering finish dances across the palate.

Nice, vibrant ruby red colour. Sweetly scented and classically "Martinborough" with a nice balance of red cherry, pretty florals and savoury, earthy notes. A delicious array of ripe and succulent red berry/cherry flavours and layers. Lovely spice and quite a lot of fruit and oak sweetness on the finish, complimented nicely by silky tannins and delicate acidity. Nice, fresh and youthful Pinot Noir expression. Great drinking now and will cellar nicely for 5 plus years. Food match with braised rabbit pappardelle.
