Deep red in colour with a crimson hue, there are aromas of violet, plum and hints of spice and char leading to a rich and luscious palate with plush tannins, vibrant fruit flavour and depth from from American oak.

Central Otago's cool climate consistently produces exceptional red fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry and redcurrant, but with concentration and length to match. This wine is layered with black and red berry fruits, complemented by blossoming aromas of dark plum.

Free spirit in a bottle - SAINT X captures the free and authentic spirit of the Mediterranean. On the palate, this Rosé is refreshingly crisp and lively. The Grenache imparts a juicy, red-fruited core with flavors of ripe cherries and red currants. Syrah contributes a gentle spiciness, with notes of white pepper and a touch of lavender. Cinsault brings a delicate, silky texture, along with flavors of pink grapefruit and a hint of tart cranberry. A small but important addition of Viognier and Rolle complete the wine with some floral aromas of white blossoms and hints of apricots. A perfect balance of freshness, precision and spontaneity.

Dark ruby red in colour, this wine opens up with aromas and flavours of ripe black cherry and raspberry. Ageing select lots in rum barrels enhances the notes of baking spice, brown sugar, vanilla, and cocoa when added to the final blend. Dark chocolate notes carry through to a long, lush finish. A superb accompaniment to spiced meats and poultry, Brie with fig jam, and chocolate desserts.

Clear, bright appearance. Pale gold colour. Very aromatic! Nice, riper spectrum Pinot Gris character; baked pear, tropical fruits and vanillapod, also subtle ginger spice and white floral notes. Dry concentrated and intense to taste, lovely texture, quite a full-bodied expression of Pinot, featuring nice ripe flavours and fine balanced acidity. Serve lightly chilled as an accompaniment to delicate cheeses and cured meat.

Crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Pale pink copper in colour, this sparkling wine presents with fresh summer berries, crisp citrus and floral notes on the nose. The palate has lovely weight and texture with flavours of ripe berries and juicy peach offset with notes of brioche. This wine has a long lingering dry finish due to its fine acidity. Serve chilled to enjoy on its own as an aperitif, or match with a grazing platter including a selection of cheeses, charcuterie and fresh summer berries.
