The Dark Hefeweizen is such a journey of flavours it's like a degustation. Aromas of fresh bread, and banana. A soft mouth feel with sweet malt and more banana. Plus layers of chocolate, toffee and caramel, that gradually give way to a clean, slightly tart finish.
